Miscellany: “Technical Communication (Writing and Documentation) as a Career Avenue for Literature Graduates”

The Department of English Literature and Language organized Miscellany: An Interdisciplinary Session on “Technical Communication (Writing and Documentation) as a Career Avenue for Literature Graduates” on 25th August. The guest speaker was Mr. Ashutosh Pradhan, an accomplished Principal Technical Writer and Manager at SambaNova, Palo Alto, California (USA), with extensive experience in the software and semiconductor industries.

In his address, Mr. Pradhan emphasized the growing importance of technical communication and its role in making complex technical information accessible to diverse audiences. He also shared valuable resources, platforms, and courses for acquiring skills in this domain, while outlining the wide range of career opportunities available for literature graduates in the field of technical communication.
