Objective: 

Course Objectives:

The course will enable the students to:

  • Evaluate a variety of prose and fictional works
  • Appraise  nuances of the styles of representative authors in terms of the age / period of the works
  • Analyse the fundamentals of fiction, viz. theme, structure, point of view, referential and connotative meaning and language
