Course Objectives:

The course will enable the students to:

  • Improve their knowledge of grammar and fluency in oral and written production
  • Get acquainted with the structures of phonetics and word stress
  • Acquire compositional and editing skills 

 

Course Outcomes

The students will:

  • Evaluate the nuances of pronunciation and word stress through phonetics
  • Analyse grammatical structures meaningfully and appropriately in language-use
  • Display compositional skills over a variety of written tasks
