The Department of English Literature and Language, hosted an enlightening guest lecture by Prof. Asier Altuna-García de Salazar on January 15. Prof. Altuna, the Chairperson of the Spanish Association for Irish Studies and an Associate Professor in English and Irish Studies at the University of Deusto, Bilbao, Spain, delivered a thought-provoking talk titled "New Directions in Irish Literary Studies."
