Modern English Usage and Research Methodology

The students will:

CO31. Develop an insight into literary elements and identify the use of figures of speech in poetry and prose

CO 32. Acquire an understanding of the key elements of research-based writing, viz. reading, evaluating sources, and developing an argument

CO 33. Acquire the understanding of research design and methodology to produce a coherent and logically-argued written report by looking at the original texts through the lens of the secondary sources

CO 34 Implement  the linguistic skills and research acumen acquired to produce well knitted written work

CO35 Acquire an understanding of research design  with the help of MLA
