Enrichment Lecture

The Department of English organised an Enrichment Lecture on Decolonising the Indian Mind on 1 November 2019. The Speaker for the event was Prof. Sachidananda Mohanty, former Vice Chancellor, Central University of Orrisa and Member, Governing Board, Auroville Foundation, who spoke to the faculty and students of the department about the need of broadening one’s perspectives towards a deeper understanding of the meaning of colonization and its far ranging influences that continue till today.
