The Readers’ Club of the Department of English organized a Chain Story-Writing activity on 30 March 2019 in the Srijan Hall. The students were randomly divided into groups and were then given themes to write a story. All the students participated with enthusiasm and wrote stories as chain-writing, by involving each group member, on various genres as the ‘gothic’, ‘sci-fi’ and other themes including ‘inspiration’, ‘women’s empowerment’, and the like. They were given ‘twisters’ in the middle to make the activity even more interesting by adding the proverbial twist in the tale! In the end, each group presented their story and which were appreciated by students and faculty members alike.
