Guest Lecture on Issues in Education of Foreign Languages and the Use of Dictionaries

Prof. John Hurman (School of Education, University of Birmingham, U.K.) delivered a guest lecture on March 5, 2013, on Issues in Education of Foreign Languages and the Use of Dictionaries, at the IIS University campus. The faculty members and students from the Departments of English, French, German and Education attended the same. In his lecture, Prof. Hurman highlighted and explained the considerations, aims and problems of his research on the use of bilingual dictionaries in examinations in England and its impact on student-performance.
